14-Day Cooling Off (EU / UK)
Under EU and UK consumer law, you may return unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Opened Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplement products cannot generally be returned unless faulty or damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@trean.co with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@trean.co with your order number.
- We will confirm return instructions within 1 working day.
- Refunds are processed via Stripe to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of receipt.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription any time before the next renewal date. Charged subscription orders that have already shipped are not refundable unless faulty.
